There are many emotional workers around us.Among them, workers in health care fields are in an environment where life-related urgency is prevalent and in high-stress situations.However, unfortunately, amid the sense of urgency to deal with life, human rights violations such as verbal abuse, abuse of power, and sexual harassment that occur in an environment that is physically and mentally exhausting are making our working environment worse.The Health and Medical Personnel Human Rights Violation Counseling Center is the only organization established in accordance with the 『Health and Medical Personnel Support Act』 enacted in 2019 to prevent human rights violations among health and medical personnel.Since opening in 2021, we have provided emotional recovery and healing services through psychological counseling, legal and labor advisory services through experts, and prevention and In addition to response education support services, we are actively conducting campaigns to respect human rights.Our counseling center will continue to develop by supporting programs for health care workers, activities to protect victims, and developing user-centered convenient systems.We will strive to establish ourselves as a center where any health care professional can request and receive help.We will always be by your side and give you strength.
